Hellcat Pulley Hub & Removal Tool
This precision supercharger pulley hub upgrade is designed for performance, flexibility, and ease of service. The system is based on a CNC-machined steel pulley hub engineered for strength and accurate fitment, and is compatible with interchangeable pulley rings for simple boost changes without replacing the entire assembly.
All components are manufactured to tight tolerances and use high-quality fasteners for durability and corrosion resistance.
The pulley hub features an integrated 1” hex drive, allowing the use of a standard 1” wrench or socket for stock hellcat pulley removal. This built-in design eliminates the need for a separate 1” pulley removal tool, reducing cost and simplifying service. See final image with the stock hellcat pulley and allen key.
Once installed, boost adjustments are as easy as changing the outer pulley. Proper tuning and belt selection are required, and actual boost gains may vary based on engine configuration. Smaller pulley sizes are recommended for race or supplemental-fuel applications—consult your tuner for proper setup.
